Terms and conditions
Standard gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and are non-transferable and non-refundable. The expiry date of the voucher are printed on each voucher purchased. Gift vouchers for promotional and seasonal offers are valid for a shorter period of time than standard vouchers and are clearly marked and displayed on the offers and promotions page prior to purchase.
Bereavement & COVID-19
We also understand that losing a loved one derails the best plans. If for any reason you find that your voucher has expired, please contact us. We will extend the validity of your voucher and book you for a photo shoot at a time that is convenient for you. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions from 2020 – 2021, all unused gift vouchers have been automatically renewed. Please contact us to rebook your session for if you have been affected.
