Please double check your order reconfirmation email and advise us by email of any amendments within 48hrs of your purchase. Changes to your order after the file images have been sent by us to the professional picture framers, or deluxe photo book album manufacturers, may incur you with additional charges, thank you.
All gallery orders, event photos and archive gallery reprints are non-refundable as each bespoke product is unique to you and hand made or printed to the specifications of your order.
Please allow approximately 21-28 days for delivery of your wall art or album order. Professionally hand crafted products, such as Fine art prints, custom wall art frames, portfolios, photo books, deluxe photo albums, may take longer as many are made in Italy, which you will have been advised of prior to purchase.
If you have booked one of our special portrait offer promotions, or if you are entitled to one of the seasonal photo shoot offers, you will receive an additional email reconfirming your entitlement, price reduction or photo credit.
Gift vouchers will be personalised to your instructions, emailed to you for review and approval, and posted, or emailed as required.
