If you discover any images of our/your photo shoot online, on social media networks or illegally printed copies not bearing our copyright on the reverse of the photo please advise us as soon as possible. Illegal use of our images, and the successful prosecution of the thief; in-store photo shop or photo kiosk printing copies of our photos, enlargements, photo products that have not been agreed by and paid in full through Alan High Photography, could result in a reward of up to £1000.00. Local, national, and online photo print and self-service photo kiosk gift companies are also aware that they cannot legally use our images or duplicate printed photos without our written permission in the knowledge that a staff member and offending company will face disciplinary charges for misconduct.
